Phoebe Eclair-Powell’s new play for families about losing your voice and going on a big adventure to find it again — featuring a rageful rhino, a very helpful fly called Stephen, and some really good songs about chips. Directed by Katie Posner for Paines Plough, touring the same nine venues as Black Love across the summer and autumn of 2021.
The two shows toured together as companion pieces — one for adults, one for families — with the same creative team and the same production infrastructure. Designing both in tandem meant finding two very different visual languages within the same practical constraints, sharing a truck and a get-in across the country.
