Whilst in Singapore to celebrate Chinese New Year, I was asked to design the video elements for the 2nd year Acting department’s annual Shakespeare production. 

I also mentored their student operators, programmers and technicians from the Technical Theatre department on the production and gave a talk to their graduating students about professional life and future studies.

This was the first time I had used the new 2018 iPad Pro and Apple Pencil to create the hand drawn animation and artwork for a production. I used the Duet app for screen sharing with photoshop and Photoshop Sketch for drawing. It recently replaced my Wacom tablet and is more versatile to use whilst on tour. The processing power was an added bonus in making the editing workflow more efficient.
